Key ResponsibilitiesThis is a vital role within the clinic that contributes significantly to its performance and enhances the experience of our clients. We require a compassionate, process-driven individual with outstanding organisational and customer service skills to support the delivery of high-quality hearing health care outcomes.
You will work collaboratively with Clinicians and Hearing Technicians (where applicable) to provide exceptional client care and ensure seamless communication between teams.
As a successful candidate, you will possess previous sales and customer service experience in a retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health environment. You will also have strong interpersonal communication skills, empathy for clients, and the ability to work effectively with an older demographic.
- Previous sales and customer service experience in a relevant industry
- Experience working with older adults preferred
