Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter to join our team in Brisbane.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key relationships within and across Assurance, actively allocating resources, challenging hours, timing and flexibility of engagements to find suitable resource, and optimising business performance by advocating solutions, providing insights and managing expectations.

Key responsibilities include stakeholder and relationship management, opportunity and demand management, resource management, resource optimisation, developing and analysing resource management reports, identifying and implementing improvements in resourcing processes and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with resource management and/or supply and demand management within professional services
  • Ability to understand the business and learn the unique skills, needs, desires and goals of our people
  • Ability to find the right opportunities and connections to create diverse, inclusive and high-performing teams
  • Exceptional client service with a strong desire to build exceptional, high-performing teams
  • Demonstrating personal leadership and having presence, vitality and agility
  • Experience in using MS Excel and information/data analysis with a high degree of accuracy
