We are seeking a skilled Assistant Boutique Manager to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive sales in a leading boutique in Western Australia.

Key responsibilities include supporting clients, driving appointment bookings, and collaborating with the team to achieve daily goals.

The ideal candidate will have prior clienteling experience, a passion for fashion and styling, and be available to work one day on a weekend as part of the full-time roster.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SUPPORTING CLIENT EXPERIENCES: Assist clients with their needs, providing personalized service and building strong relationships.
  • DRIVING APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS: Utilize skills to drive appointments and increase sales.
  • TEAMWORK AND INITIATIVE: Collaborate with the team to achieve daily goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
  • PRIOR CLIENTELING EXPERIENCE: A background in clienteling is essential for this role.
  • AUSTRALIAN DESIGNER EXPERIENCE: Prior experience with Australian designers is highly regarded.
  • ABILITY TO WORK WEEKENDS: The successful candidate must be available to work one day on a weekend as part of the full-time roster.
  • LOVE OF FASHION AND STYLING: A passion for fashion and styling is a must.
