Job Summary

As a Wildlife Officer at Tassal Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective control of predatory wildlife on our prawn farm. This position requires a strong focus on maximizing productivity and maintaining smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement safe and environmentally responsible wildlife control measures.
  • Conduct regular inspections of ponds to monitor prawn health and detect any issues.
  • Escalate excessive predatory wildlife issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate data records and produce weekly reports.
  • Support farm operations with general tasks as needed.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be fully licensed to operate firearms and animal trapping devices.
