**The Role**:

- Working with Wish families as the main point of contact during wish planning and ensuring they have a seamless, quality and empathetic experience
- Working with multiple internal stakeholders
- Managing multiple crucial relationships every day, including celebrities
This exciting opportunity will suit someone who has a passion for giving, is detail orientated and has exceptional organisation skills, but who also enjoys being creative and using their imagination.
- The position will enable you to play a critical role in making wishes possible for children in Australia._
**About you**:
- Experience in creative product development or event planning is desirable, but not essential
- Ideally you will have had previous experience working within the travel industry
- Have the ability to work within a tight budget
- Task orientated with strong project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with and across teams, as well as the ability to work independently
- Good communication and influencing skills
- Strong work ethic, self-driven and proactive
- Problem solving skills and solution driven
- Experience using Salesforce is desirable
- Mature, reliable, and trustworthy
- In return for your passion and enthusiasm, Make-A-Wish offers the opportunity to work within an engaged, high performing team while helping to make a life-changing difference to seriously ill children - what could be a better motivation?_
