We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a support worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing companionship and emotional support to our elderly clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care.\
  • Engaging in friendly conversations and meaningful interactions.\
  • Ensuring the safety and comfort of our clients.\
  • Reporting any changes or concerns to the supervisor.\
  • Travelling with clients in their own vehicles and working independently.\
  • Assisting with medication reminders and other tasks as required.\
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress.\
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.\
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.\
  • Contributing to a positive and respectful work environment.\\/ul\[

Requirements:

  • Availability to work Monday to Friday 8am-6pm.\
