Customer Service Supervisor Role

As a Customer Service and Administration Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading a high-performing team to deliver market-leading service and achieve key performance indicators. This exciting opportunity is available at our Karratha facility, where you will oversee and mentor a customer-focused administration team.

This dynamic leader will be responsible for implementing streamlined processes, ensuring consistent execution of administration tasks, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Your excellent communication skills and ability to inspire performance will enable you to drive continuous improvement in administrative and customer service processes.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong coaching and mentoring skills, particularly during times of change. You will also need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to manage end-of-month administration processes efficiently.

  • Lead a customer service and administration team to deliver exceptional service and meet KPIs
  • Implement efficient administration processes, including procurement, asset management, sales orders, invoicing, credits, and month-end reconciliations
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and solutions to improve service delivery and operational performance
  • Manage and maintain accurate data records
  • Drive continuous improvement in administrative and customer service processes
  • Provide hands-on support when required
