About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Relationship Manager to lead our Corporate Agribusiness team in Perth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring and fostering new commercial and agribusiness customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities
  • Manage a portfolio of premium commercial and agribusiness clients
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar Banking Account Management or Senior Relationship Management role
  • Experience in commercial lending and complex financial structuring
  • Ability to build rapport and network effectively with a range of stakeholders
  • Understanding of the business needs and attitudes of Regional Banking customers
  • Ability to coach and mentor junior team members
