We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to assist with order entry, customer service enquiries and provide exceptional phone manners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate order entry, answering inbound calls, communicating with customers and suppliers to resolve enquiries and maintain positive experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurate order entry using software

- Answer 40+ inbound calls

- Communicate with customers and suppliers to resolve enquiries and maintain positive relationships

- Perform general customer service and administrative duties as required

- Provide polite and well-spoken phone answering services

Requirements:

- A hard working and motivated individual

- Confidence on the phone when interacting with people

- High level of attention to detail

- Problem solver and able to use initiative

- Organisational and multi-tasking skills

- Well-spoken / exceptional phone manner

- Fluent and clear spoken English

- Ability to work unsupervised

- Excellent customer service skills
