Why We're Looking for You

We are seeking a highly organized and ambitious Strategic Support Associate to support senior executives on a 9-month fixed-term contract.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the productivity of our senior executives while contributing to the overall success of our organization.

As a Strategic Support Associate, you will have access to sensitive information and be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with senior-level executives, including coordinating meetings, distributing agendas, materials, and presentations, taking notes, and following up on actions.
  • Manage professional scheduling for senior executives, including meeting agendas, video calls, travel arrangements, customer visits, candidate interviews, and other organizational logistics.
  • Build and coordinate the travel calendar, including booking all travel and ongoing management.
  • Manage and report on expenses for the senior executive team.
  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including organizing travel and accommodation and support with onsite/offsite events.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a Strategic Support Associate or equivalent role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality results delivery.
  • Ability to push back respectfully when necessary.
  • Ambitious and keen to learn, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and solve problems in ambiguous situations.
  • Team player with a strong desire to collaborate and give/receive feedback.
