About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Grill Specialist to join our culinary team. As part of our opening team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with menu development and preparation
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members
  • Collaborate with other chefs to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a chef or sous chef in a premium restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
  • Certification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
