Nurse - Aged Services

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to residents in our Residential Aged Care home.
This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents by administering medications, managing patient care plans, conducting assessments, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Administering medications according to individual resident needs
- Managing patient care plans to ensure optimal health outcomes
- Conducting regular assessments and reviews to identify areas for improvement
- Liaising with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support residents' needs
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- First Aid and CPR certification
- A Police Check
- Australian Work Rights – we are unable to sponsor at this time
