As a seasoned project manager, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating our team's success. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and budgetary constraints are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments. Experience working in agile methodologies is essential, as well as expertise in financial services, particularly in securities and wealth management. Familiarity with Avaloq financial platforms is also highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive measures are taken to prevent or minimize potential issues.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and business readiness through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate initiatives across teams, ensuring seamless integration and dependencies are managed effectively.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in financial services.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Expertise in financial services, particularly in securities and wealth management.
  • Familiarity with Avaloq financial platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
