Catholic Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Community Worker. As a Community Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as household chores, meal preparation, and personal care
- Provide transportation to appointments and shopping
- Offer social support and respite to family and carers
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and carers
Requirements
- A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
- Good communication skills and ability to work with a diverse range of people
- Reliability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
- Australian driver's license and access to a reliable insured motor vehicle
- Willingness to apply for a Police Check
