About the Role

Catholic Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Community Worker. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as household chores, meal preparation, and personal care
  • Provide social support and respite for family and carers
  • Transport clients to appointments and shopping
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care

Requirements

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • A reliable team player with a strong work ethic
  • An Australian driver's license and access to a reliable insured motor vehicle

  • Competitive hourly pay rate + Km reimbursement + paid travel time
