Country Road Store Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Country Road Myer Bankstown. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our store operations, including stock management, loss prevention, and team development.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement effective stock management strategies to maximise sales and minimise losses.
  • Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Lead the team to deliver store operations excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities.
  • Attract, engage, and retain talent, building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of your store and the Group.
  • Maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing.
  • Build and maintain the store roster, ensuring the roster is compliant and balances the needs of the customer and team.
