An exciting opportunity to join Country Road's dynamic team as we continue to expand our retail network. Our CRew is comprised of passionate and dedicated individuals who strive for excellence in every aspect of our business.

We are seeking a talented Retail Store Manager to lead our concession location at Myer Bankstown. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving store operations excellence, coaching and developing your team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective stock management strategies to maximise sales and minimise losses.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to your team on product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Lead the team to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
  • Attract, engage, and retain top talent by building a positive work culture and fostering strong relationships with team members.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by promoting wellbeing and addressing any safety concerns promptly.
  • Build and maintain a compliant store roster that meets the needs of customers and team members.
  • Communicate the brand and business strategy to your team and ensure they understand their role in delivering it.
