Salary: $120-$180 per hour

This full-time assignment offers a competitive hourly rate of $120-$180, depending on experience. You will also have the opportunity to work on-site with our clients or remotely, undertaking full-time or part-time assignments, or assignments that are for set months of a year – it's your choice.

Job Description

We are working on an exciting career-enhancing project with one of our clients, a leading Australian energy infrastructure business. As a Senior Energy Lawyer - Project Development, you will provide essential support with a major electricity transmission project which is currently in the initial proposal stage.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You will have 7+ years of PQE ideally gained from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house (with strong legal training)
  • You will be experienced in PPP projects/large scale government infrastructure projects experience
  • You will have experience advising on the National Electricity Rules
  • You will be client-centric - commercially minded, adaptable, and able to hit the ground running
  • You will enjoy partnering with businesses and managing stakeholder relationships
