Our Hotel is a culinary haven, nestled in front of the iconic Manly Beach. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Culinary Professional to join our dynamic kitchen team.

This exciting role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where creativity and attention to detail are highly valued. As a skilled Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef/Sous Chef with the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring that food standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities include supervising the kitchen team, maintaining high levels of presentation and cost control, and implementing stock rotation procedures to minimize wastage. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with the Restaurant team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Previous experience in a similar position within the hotel industry
  • Knowledge of food safety requirements
  • Strong product knowledge of menu items and seasonal ingredients, as well as safe operation of kitchen equipment
  • Self-motivated and energetic, with excellent communication skills
