Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of finance services across a complex portfolio, establishing clear service standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage consolidated budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning processes, as well as oversee month, quarter, and year-end reporting with insightful commentary.
  • Provide executive-level decision support through financial modelling, scenario analysis, and robust business cases that prioritise investments and resources.
  • Enhance governance through effective controls, compliance, and risk management frameworks, ensuring policies and legislative requirements are met.
  • Build and develop a high-performing finance team through clear objectives, coaching, and capability uplift, promoting a client-focused, performance-driven culture.

Requirements

  • CA or CPA qualification, with postgraduate study in accounting, business, or commerce preferred.
  • Proven senior leadership experience within large, complex environments.
  • Strong financial management, analysis, and advisory capabilities.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at executive level.
  • Demonstrated success in building high-performing, client-focused finance teams.
