We are seeking an analytical professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our superannuation administration systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience with SQL or programming, strong numeracy skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They will be able to work effectively within a team and with external clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

This is a client-facing role that requires exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to both internal and external clients across a broad range of system and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing analytical and technical support to clients
  • Assisting with configuration, scripting, testing, and documentation for superannuation administration systems
  • Working closely with clients to identify areas of process improvement and best practice
  • Ensuring all client deliveries and interactions adhere to the highest quality standards

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience with SQL or programming
  • Strong numeracy skills and familiarity with spreadsheets and analytical and reporting tools
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and with external and internal clients and stakeholders
