Our organization provides home care services to empower older individuals to maintain their independence and safety within their own homes. Our team delivers tailored support that addresses the unique needs of each client, allowing them to receive the assistance they require.

The role involves performing domestic duties including cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and online shopping for customers in their own home through the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP). We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our home care team to deliver supports to customers.

About the Role

  • Domestic Support - Assist with housekeeping, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation. Keep the living environment clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform domestic duties as required by clients, ensuring a clean and comfortable living environment.
  • Assist with daily tasks such as grocery shopping, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing a high level of customer service and support.

Requirements

  • Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support (or similar) or equivalent experience.
  • Australian work rights.
  • NDIS Worker's Screening Check.
  • Current national police check (not older than 6 months).
  • Prior experience in a similar role in the community/home care (desirable) or Disability/Residential care.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Flu & COVID Vaccinations.
