Senior Retail Operations Manager Wanted

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned retail professional to lead day-to-day store operations, drive strong performance, and inspire their team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales growth, KPIs, visual merchandising, stock management, and operational excellence
  • Motivate and develop their team to achieve business targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Monitor sales performance and implement actions to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • Manage workforce planning and rostering in line with company standards and GRIA guidelines
  • Champion team development through training, coaching, and succession planning
  • Create a positive work environment focused on results, learning, and wellbeing
  • Build community engagement through sporting partnerships and healthcare relationships
  • Ensure OH&S compliance in line with national and state requirements
