Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team in Adelaide.

This role involves managing end-to-end payroll for the organization and its subsidiaries, ensuring accurate and timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage End-To-End Payroll: Ensure accurate and timely payments for the organisation and its subsidiaries.
  2. Resolve Discrepancies And Issues: Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues promptly, escalating complex matters as necessary.
  3. Ensure Compliance: Comply with all relevant legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements.
  4. Handle Complex Matters: Handle complex payroll matters including terminations, redundancies, and specialised entitlements.
  5. Data Analysis: Use your HRIS and reporting skills to analyse data and support improvements.
