We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team in Adelaide.
This role involves managing end-to-end payroll for the organization and its subsidiaries, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Payroll management
- Resolution of payroll discrepancies and issues
- Compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and agreements
- Handling complex payroll matters
- Analysis of data using HRIS and reporting skills
The successful candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage End-To-End Payroll: Ensure accurate and timely payments for the organisation and its subsidiaries.
- Resolve Discrepancies And Issues: Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues promptly, escalating complex matters as necessary.
- Ensure Compliance: Comply with all relevant legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements.
- Handle Complex Matters: Handle complex payroll matters including terminations, redundancies, and specialised entitlements.
- Data Analysis: Use your HRIS and reporting skills to analyse data and support improvements.
