Responsibilities:

  • Drive all aspects of store operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.

  • Strong staff management skills are essential for effective leadership.
  • Rostering and budgeting play a crucial role in maintaining the success of our outlet.
  • Maintain high food safety standards and compliance with brand guidelines.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar position within the same industry.
  • Certificate lll Commercial Cookery or relevant industry experience is desirable.
  • A genuine passion for food and excellent customer focus is paramount.
  • Solid commercial judgment, including a strong understanding of managing profit and loss statements (P&Ls) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Effective leadership skills are essential for driving sales and profitability growth.
