Training Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee all aspects of training for Flight Crew and Cabin Crew. This role will ensure compliance with relevant regulations, coordinate line checks, emergency procedures training, recurrent simulator and ground training, upgrade training, and medical compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage training programs and records, both manual and electronic.
- Roster flight crew members for training and checking events, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Maintain accurate records of licence and medical renewals for flight crew in accordance with CASA requirements.
- Plan and program training events, including ground school and simulator training.
- Manage administrative duties, such as arranging meetings and interviews.
- 3-5 years experience in a comparable training role or equivalent, in a highly regulated industry.
- Extensive knowledge of the Civil Aviation Regulatory framework.
- Strong understanding of company software and scheduling systems.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to drive change and manage multiple stakeholders.
