Project Coordination Role Overview:

The Customer Success Project Coordinator role is a pivotal position within the organization, responsible for ensuring seamless project execution. This entails overseeing project plans, meeting deadlines, updating risks and issues, producing reports and briefing packs, managing logistical requirements, and providing administration support to the Project Manager.

  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to fulfill daily duties and responsibilities.
  • Capture and analyze relevant project information and data.
  • Assign tasks and hold regular progress meetings to track project milestones.
  • Work closely with the team to identify and resolve project blockers.
  • Manage project schedules and allocate resources effectively.
  • Monitor and communicate project risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Cooperate with procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Play a key role in coordinating projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop high-quality training and briefing materials for staff.
  • Maintain close communication with key project members and decision-makers.
  • Provide regular project progress updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and project planning.
  • Support the development of data security procedures.
  • Assist the Project Manager with customer surveys, project reconciliation, and weekly billings.
