The successful Demand Planner will be responsible for creating and maintaining the IBP Demand Forecast in collaboration with the Commercial team. This involves aligning the forecast with supply capability to ensure seamless delivery of products to customers.
Additionally, you will support the development of Xtrac's forecasting processes, systems, and tools to drive efficiency and accuracy in demand planning.
You will provide analytical insights to optimize inventory levels, minimize working capital, and deliver target on-time-in-full (OTIF) performance.
Leading the monthly Commercial Review is also a key responsibility, where you will work closely with stakeholders to discuss sales performance, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to address any challenges.
