Restaurant Supervisor Role

In this leadership position, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant service period. Your key responsibility is to ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience.


About Your Job:

Your duties include supervising a team of staff members, welcoming and engaging with guests throughout their dining experience, and exceeding their expectations in every way possible.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding guest requirements and delivering personalized experiences.
  • Assist with bar operational tasks as needed.
  • Plan and execute team-building activities to foster a positive work environment.
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked outlet at all times.
  • Supervise staff members in completing general operational tasks.


Your Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must possess relevant management experience, a current RSA certificate, working rights in Australia, and a strong desire to escalate your career.
