Warehouse Assistant Leadership Role

The opportunity to work with a leading Australian retailer awaits in this exciting warehouse assistant leadership role.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our warehouse team as a leader.

As a warehouse assistant, you will have a good understanding of the dispatching and receiving of orders, coaching staff, and liaising with customers to provide exceptional service.

To be successful, you must:

  • Be highly motivated and results-driven with outstanding communication skills.
  • Enjoy working in a team environment.

What we require:

  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written.
  • Highly organised and possess great time management skills.
  • Experience in warehouse management is preferred.
  • Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail.
  • Effective distribution of goods in and out of the warehouse, including loading of trucks.
  • A strong commitment to workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility across retail trading hours, including some weekends, public holidays, and late night trades.
