About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our Launceston team. As a key member of our Private Client Department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on private client matters, including probate and power of attorney.
  • Maintain excellent file administration and work collaboratively with other lawyers and support staff.
  • Develop and promote the department internally and externally, maintaining the high reputation of the firm.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the Private Client team, working closely with colleagues and mentors to achieve individual and firm targets.
Requirements
  • 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in private client law, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Access to own transport for work use, for home visits and inter-office travel on occasion.
