- Maintain proactive communication and reporting on project milestones.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive cost savings through efficient project cost plans.
- Leverage your technical expertise to lead procurement and delivery of civil construction, electrical construction, and landscape construction in accordance with project programs.
- Provide technical support and delivery inputs to the development team as needed.
- Ensure compliance to development obligations, including environmental, cultural heritage, and other matters of significance.
We are seeking an experienced professional with relevant project management experience in civil construction works. Your strong understanding of procurement and contract administration, combined with excellent time-management skills and a go-getter attitude, make you an ideal candidate for this role.
- Demonstrated experience in procurement and contract administration of Australian Standard construction contracts or modified versions thereof.
- Able to work autonomously, demonstrate initiative, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that engage all parties, along with exceptional stakeholder management abilities.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field of Engineering (Civil, Environmental) or Construction Management with at least 5 years of experience.
