The Role

This Front Office Administrator role involves providing genuine customer service by delivering exceptional resident experiences. You will be the first point of contact for our residents and ensure the efficient operation of reception. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome every resident to our community, explaining the surrounding area, amenities, and activities.
  • Conduct showings for vacant homes.
  • Liaise with prospective tenants and advise on availability.
  • Organise exit cleans and other repairs as needed.
  • Ensure seamless and efficient move-ins and move-outs, following correct procedures.
  • Lock up facilities, including office, vacated rooms, common areas, and gates.
  • Attend to matters, including noise complaints, community disturbance, washing tokens, etc.
  • Carry out routine walk-around checks to ensure all residents and guests abide by site rules.
  • Register any issues related to housekeeping, maintenance, office, common areas, etc.
  • Use computer programs to maintain databases for guests and residents.
