We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our Risk Management team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the organisation meets regulatory requirements and adhering to compliance frameworks. This role involves providing expert advice on risk management strategies and developing procedures to mitigate potential risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compliance frameworks to ensure organisational adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance on risk management strategies to senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A tertiary qualification in Law, Commerce or a related field.
  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications or certifications desirable.
  • A minimum of 5+ years experience in a similar role or compliance-related experience in the financial services industry.
