Delivering impactful health programs at remote sites in Western Australia is a key aspect of this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive health and wellbeing programs tailored to the needs of FIFO and remote workforce teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement comprehensive health and wellbeing programs that cater to the unique needs of our workforce.
- Implement evidence-based training techniques and principles aligned with ASCA Level 1+ standards.
- Develop individualised improvement plans using advanced performance coaching techniques.
- Provide detailed assessment reports, including recommendations for physical conditioning and injury prevention.
- Communicate proactively on-site to promote a culture of health and wellbeing.
- Support rehabilitation and Return-to-Work (RTW) processes by designing progressive, job-specific conditioning programs.
- Manage resources and logistics for on-site wellness programs, including equipment, facilities, and scheduling.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in health or fitness program coordination, preferably in remote or FIFO settings.
- Qualifications in Fitness, Health Coaching or Occupational Health are required.
- Exercise Science qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
