We are seeking a highly skilled psychiatrist with expertise in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry to join our team.
About the Role:- Deliver high-quality general adult psychiatric services to inpatients and outpatients, including emergency and short-stay mental health settings.
- Act as a key consultant to a range of health professionals, including medical, allied health, and community providers.
- Supervise and mentor psychiatric registrars and junior medical staff.
- Play a pivotal role in advancing mental health care delivery aligned with national standards and service principles.
The hospital is one of the largest in the state and plays a critical role in serving the southern Tasmanian population with comprehensive, multidisciplinary healthcare services.
