About the OpportunityThe Customer Experience Specialist role involves working closely with customers to understand their requirements and preferences, providing personalized recommendations, and guiding them through the purchasing process. This includes taking responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the display center, greeting and assisting visitors, and ensuring that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing exceptional customer experiences throughout the purchasing journey of new homes
- Working closely with customers to understand their requirements and preferences
- Guiding customers through the purchasing process, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
- Ensuring that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to a high standard within required timeframes
- Collaborating cross functionally with all departments to deliver complete and correct documentation
- Managing client expectations and being a trusted advisor
