We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our Rubber Department. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with experience in machinery operation and maintenance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Setting up tooling and gathering necessary equipment
  • Applying parting agents to remove parts from molds
  • Lifting upper mold sections from lower sections and removing molded patterns
  • Measuring and visually inspecting products for surface and dimension defects
  • Cleaning and performing minor adjustments to the machine
  • Removing parts or tooling from machines after production runs
