Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and conducting open homes, private inspections, and entry condition reports
  • Handling routine inspections and tenant communication with professionalism
  • Processing applications, conducting reference checks, and preparing lease renewals
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with tenants and prospective clients
  • Contributing to a high-performing team who thrives on excellence and results

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of real estate experience
  • Certificate of Registration (COR) + reliable car and driver's license
  • Strong knowledge of PropertyMe, Inspection Manager
  • A polished communicator with a customer-first mindset
  • A self-starter with energy, ambition, and pride in their work
