Job Description

Rare and exciting opportunity for Quality Professionals to drive key quality and innovation initiatives across our Industrial division.

The Quality and Innovation Manager will be responsible for ensuring the collection, storage, and reporting of key quality and innovation information to enable replication and improvement business wide.

  • Development and implementation of a Centralised Quality Management framework and Continuous Improvement Framework.
  • Direct oversight on quality challenged projects or highly technically sensitive or strategic contracts.
  • Management of the Audit schedule for Industrial services contracts and projects.
  • Ownership and stewardship of all accreditations/certifications.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of Welding technology library in accordance with ISO 3834 standards.
  • Ensure that quality plans, inspection and verification activities are successfully implemented for all project scopes of work and effectively managed and completed on schedule.
  • Provide regular status updates to the Management team on works under construction.
