Customer Service Representative - Public Area Cleaning

We are seeking a reliable and friendly cleaner to join our team. As a key member of our Housekeeping crew, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our shared spaces are clean and welcoming for our guests.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the high standard of cleanliness in all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and amenities
  • Clean and maintain outdoor spaces, such as pools, gyms, and gardens
  • Support room attendants with room cleaning and linen removal as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve tasks and provide excellent customer service
  • Report any issues or concerns promptly to maintenance and guest services teams

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
