Job Title: Systems Infrastructure Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Infrastructure Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality systems and infrastructure solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Gathering: Establish workshops to gather requirements, produce stories that articulate business rules for systems, infrastructure, and business reporting.
  • Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end ICT projects, including system development within ERP solutions, report creation, Excel analytics, and systems troubleshooting.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop, manage, and maintain reports and visualisations using Power BI to identify Continuous Improvement opportunities.
  • Infrastructure Design and Support: Design, implement, support, and upgrade IT infrastructure using Microsoft stack, including M356 services and migration, M365 Security, DevOps/Infrastructure as Code, ITSM, and MS Teams.
  • Endpoint Maintenance and Development: Responsible for endpoint infrastructure maintenance, development, configuration, and deployment on organisational fleets of desktops and laptops using SOE tools like Intune and relevant cloud platforms.
  • Azure Migration and Maintenance: Work on Azure to migrate legacy servers and maintain storage accounts and resource groups.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • IT Degree or Equivalent: Must have an IT degree or equivalent.
  • Business Analyst or Technical Delivery Experience: 4+ years' experience working as a Business Analyst, technical delivery, or software engineer in medium to large environments.
  • IT Compliance and Risk Experience: Experience delivering IT compliance and risk, or cybersecurity project outcomes.
  • Data Analytics Skills: Strong data analytics skills.
  • API Experience: Advanced experience working with APIs.
  • Microsoft Stack Experience: 4+ years' experience designing, administering, and managing Microsoft stack, including M365, Azure, Power BI, Exchange, SharePoint, etc.
  • Service Management Background: Strong Service Management background, including problem management, change management, and release and deployment management.
  • Cloud Computing Experience: 4+ years' Cloud computing experience in Azure or AWS.
  • ITSM Experience: Must have experience in ITSM (preferably ServiceNow).
  • IT Governance Frameworks: Advanced knowledge of IT Governance frameworks and Essential 8.
  • Australian Work Rights: Australian work rights.
  • Working with Children Check: Hold a valid Working with Children Check or are willing to apply.
