We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Leader to spearhead the design, delivery and evaluation of contemporary learning programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of L&D professionals in delivering multi-modal programs to develop operational capabilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to inform the design of innovative learning solutions and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Manage and maintain resources to support on-the-job capability development for a public facing workforce.
  • Support the manager in leading day-to-day development and implementation of workforce capability programs.

Embody a growth mindset and promote lifelong learning within the team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design, and change management. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
