Job Title: Community Management And Social Media Lead

This is a key leadership position responsible for shaping the tone of our brand online.

As a Community Management and Social Media Lead, you will manage a national team of social media agents delivering customer service via chat on various platforms.

The role involves managing performance and development, operational resourcing, and ensuring compliance with risk, regulatory, and quality standards.

Collaboration with Marketing, Risk, and external partners is essential to upholding brand and reputational standards.

Effective management of escalated complaints and support for vulnerable customers is also critical in this role.

The ideal candidate will be a digitally savvy leader with a strong background in customer service and social media engagement.

Experience leading high-performing teams, driving customer experience outcomes, and collaborating across business units is crucial.

Tech expertise in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WeChat) and experience with chat-based service tools and review site monitoring systems are highly valued.

Ability to interpret data, manage operational workflows, and deliver impactful customer interactions in highly visible online work environments is vital.
