Lead Climbing Arborist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious climbing arborist to lead our team in providing tree care services throughout Melbourne.

This role is ideal for a motivated individual who aspires to become a divisional manager. As a team leader, you will be responsible for performing various tasks including:

  • Tree and stump removal
  • Pruning and visual tree assessments
  • Machinery operation and maintenance
  • Ensuring all safety procedures are adhered to

Main responsibilities also include:

  • Initiative and confident decision-making
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • A trade qualification in Arboriculture with experience in tree pruning and care
  • Certificate 3 in Arboriculture
  • Chainsaw ticket and Safety Induction Card
  • Physical fitness
  • Prior experience in a climbing role
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and a desire to lead a crew
