We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an arborist.

This role offers one-on-one on-site training with a qualified arborist and opportunities for career progression in the field of arboriculture.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Tree removals, hedging, mulching, stump grinding, and tree climbing
  • Operating machinery such as chainsaws, hedge trimmers, wood chippers, stump grinders, etc.
  • General garden maintenance
  • Equipment maintenance

  • Punctuality, reliability, and energy
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Good, strong work ethics and time management skills
  • The ability to communicate confidently
  • A Victorian Driver's License

  • Motivation to learn and a willingness to work

Work locations will be in Bayside Melbourne and South Eastern Melbourne Suburbs. We offer professional development assistance and overtime pay for your hard work.

Key Responsibilities

  3. Conducting general garden maintenance tasks including weeding, watering, and fertilizing
  4. Maintaining equipment and ensuring it is in good working condition
