We are seeking an experienced Optical Dispenser to join our team.

The role is full-time and involves working in a fast-paced retail environment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer leaves with a perfect pair of glasses.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prescription Expertise: Interpret and analyse prescriptions with precision, ensuring every customer gets exactly what they need.
  • Frame Styling Specialist: Help customers select the ideal lens types for their prescription and take accurate measurements for a perfect fit.
  • Quality Control Professional: Perform thorough checks and adjustments to spectacles, ensuring everything is just right before collection.
  • Customer Service Champion: Deliver unrivalled customer service and stay up to date on promotions and products.
