Optical Dispenser Position

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Optical Dispenser to join our team. As an Optical Dispenser, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial consult and pre-testing to customising High-Fashion frames to suit their lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on eyewear selection and customization.
  • Assist customers with frame try-ons and ensure a perfect fit.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of product offerings and be able to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and products in the industry.

Requirements:

  • Retail experience - optical desired but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills and a quick learner.
  • Passion for helping others see the beauty in life.
