Job Opportunity

Job Description:

As a key member of our marketing team, you will provide day-to-day support to the Marketing Manager and colleagues, whilst also working independently on various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of our product range and utilise your knowledge to plan, create, and execute marketing initiatives aligned with brand objectives
  • Be a trusted brand custodian with the ability to influence marketing plans from preparation to implementation
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for co-operative marketing initiatives, ensuring aligned brand representation and customer satisfaction
  • Manage relationships with national industry partnerships, including planning, execution and reporting of marketing activations including events
  • Develop and refine communications, including email campaigns, newsletters, conferences and events, cooperative marketing efforts with customers, and local promotional activities
  • Coordinate production and distribution of sales support materials for relevant customers, providing accurate reporting and updates

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience within a B2B marketing environment such as trade, distribution, or retail partners
  • A customer-centric approach, effective communication, influencing skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams and customers nationally
  • Hands-on experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns and promotions, with the ability to analyse outcomes and use insights to optimise future activities
  • Confidence navigating ambiguity, using creative problem-solving and sound judgement to make decisions
  • Prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Project management and event coordination experience, with a focus on delivering timely results and continuous improvement
  • Experience working with marketing systems and tools such as project management platforms and digital campaign tools
