Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our team. As a Developmental Communication Specialist, you will work closely with occupational therapists, psychologists, and other allied health professionals to provide evidence-based interventions to children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver individualized therapy programs to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication and developmental delays.
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to develop strategies for supporting their child's communication and development.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss cases and share best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
  • Current certification with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Passion for working with children and a commitment to family-centered care.
